As a thought-leader in precision medicine and digital psychiatric therapies, Troy recognized a need to personalize the design of wellbeing improvement programs. Suffering from burnout and breakdown, he developed the WellBalance Model of Positive Wellbeing to guide his own journey to fulfillment and flourishing. Troy subsequently founded Wellbalance and the WellBalance Institute to advance the science of positive psychology and create tools and educational resources to build happier and healthier lives, relationships and workplaces.
